Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace - for Managers


The law has changed as of 26th October 2024 and imposes a preventative duty on employers to take proactive steps to avert Sexual Harassment in the workplace.

As a Manager, you need to be aware of your new legal obligations and have a duty of care to all employees to create a safe and healthy workplace which includes preventing sexual harassment. This training course will provide you with the key learning objectives to put the right preventative steps in place, having awareness on what constitutes inappropriate behaviour and how to mitigate these risks by addressing issues early and supporting affected employees.
